A young adult building independent living skills has different goals than an older adult who wants to remain safely at home. A person living with a brain injury may need a different approach than a veteran or an individual with autism.
That is why our services begin with the person. We work alongside individuals, families, guardians, case managers, care managers, and community partners to provide support that reflects each person’s goals, abilities, preferences, routines, and needs.
